XO AUS HAIR is a small startup brand from Sydney, Australia founded by a local hairdresser of 28 years. With a passion to develop unique but highly effective hair and scalp products to help with common client complaints, our founder Caroline wanted to embrace natural and organic, Australian ingredients to create products that would really make a difference!

What are some key things XO is proud to share?
We love to remind our followers we are Australian made and owned, made from natural and organic ingredients, never ever tested on animals, 100% vegan friendly and developed by Aussie hairdressers. We have spent close to 2 years formulating a mask and scrub that we are happy to now share with the world after feedback from our lovely clientele and extensive market research.
What products do you make?
Starting with our flagship and best selling Hydrating Hair Mask, Coco Adore for ultimate repair for damaged ends and now our second product Coco Revive Soothing Scalp Scrub for a complete scalp refresh and cleanse.
How often should I treat my hair and scalp?
For the best results use once a week and indulge in at least 30 minutes of pampering. Prior to shampooing giving your scalp a thorough scrub to remove toxins, followed by the application of Coco Adore for 30 minutes for the repairing effects of our natural proteins and oils.
What ingredients are in Coco Adore and Coco Revive?
Please note the ingredient list below. Apply a small amount to skin prior to use for a patch test. If irritation occurs discontinue use.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.
Conditions for Returns:
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Product Condition: The item must be sent back only partially used, not empty, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
